Today I have been working on the All Metrics page for Targets
I noticed that some of the Metrics have the value ‘Not Applicable’ or ‘No Set’ in the Threshold column.
While searching the My Oracle Support Website I hit note 436351.1 that describes this behaviour
Prior to 10.2.0.5.0, there was no easy way to distinguish between thresholdable and non-thresholable mertrics in the interface – other than the fact that they do not show up in Metrics and Policy settings. As of 10.2.0.5.0, all non-thresholdable metrics have the value ‘Not Applicable’ for ‘Thresholds’ on the ‘All Metrics’ page to differentiate them from thresholdable metrics that simply have not been set, which have the value ‘Not Set’.
