Considering a zero downtime upgrade scenario

This week’s challenge was all about thinking of a zero downtime upgrade scenario. In other words: how can we do an upgrade from OEM 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.3 (and in the future to 10.2.0.4, 11 etc), without losing the OEM functionality.
